Fees

Hourly Rate: $80.00 Minimum Charge: One hour Billing Increments: Quarter hour after 1st
Trip Fee: $20.00 for distances between 15 and 25 miles
Extended Trip Fee: $30.00 for distances between 25 and 40 miles
How am I going to be charged?
I will attempt to do all software upgrades and repairs on-site. If a serious (or hardware) problem is encountered that will be less expensive to fix off-site I offer drop off service to get your equipment back to you at no extra charge.
You will always get an estimate of total charges prior to any work being done that would exceed the minimum one hour charge.
What else can you do for me?
I am a network specialist and can design, install, and troubleshoot Mac and mixed network environments of any size.
Technospider Services offers website design and hosting. We also offer e-mail, mailing list, and e-commerce solutions.

We have a training program designed to get you up to speed whether you’re new to Mac, or need to get a handle on what Photoshop can do.
One on one training is $70.00 per hour.
