Create a new mail account with your preferred e-mail client with the following settings:


  1. BulletType of account is IMAP

  2. BulletIncoming and outgoing server is mail.technospider.com

  3. BulletUse SSL for connections in both directions

  4. BulletUse the username and password supplied to you.

When you're away from your computer you can check your mail through any web browser

with this address:  https://starfleet.technospider.com/webmail/

Changing your password

You should change your password on a regular basis. Currently, Technospider Services does not enforce a password policy but may change that in the future. If you wish to change your account password click the link below. Keep in mind that this is the same password you use for any and all of the following services you receive from Technospider Services:

  1. BulletAFP (Apple Filing Protocol)

  2. BulletWebDAV

  3. BulletSMTP/IMAP (e-mail)

  4. BulletVPN

  5. BulletShell access (the server only allows outside logins via keys)
